HOA Notebook ("the app") is a personal record-keeping tool for homeowners. You install the app on your iOS device. The app stores everything you put into it locally on that device.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on iOS devices you own or control. The license is governed by Apple's standard EULA where this document is silent.
The app does not have a backend. Nothing you enter is transmitted to the developer or to any third party. There are no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising SDKs. If you back up your iOS device to iCloud, your app data is included in that backup, encrypted by Apple.
The app is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal-document generation. The PDF you can export is a personal compilation of information you yourself entered into the app, formatted for your own reference; it is not legal evidence and may or may not be admissible in any proceeding.
For any dispute with your homeowners' association, condominium association, or co-op board — including violation responses, fine appeals, mediation, arbitration, or litigation — consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
The app is provided "as is." We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of records, missed deadlines, or unfavorable legal outcomes.
The app offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase to remove free-tier limits. Purchases are processed by Apple, not the developer. Refunds are handled by Apple per its standard policies.
We may revise this EULA in future app updates. Material changes will be surfaced in the app's "Legal" screen. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
