Open Settings tab, tap "Unlock". Apple processes the one-time purchase. After purchase, free-tier limits are removed and PDF exports lose the watermark. Restoring on a new device is one tap in Settings → "Restore purchase".
Settings → Restore purchase. If that doesn't work, check that you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If still not working, email me with your purchase date and I'll help you troubleshoot.
Not in v1.0. The app is on-device only. iCloud sync is on the v1.1 roadmap. iPhone iCloud Backup includes the app's data automatically — encrypted by Apple — so a restore from backup will bring records to a new phone.
No. The PDF is a personal compilation of what you've entered into the app. It is not legal evidence and may or may not be admissible in any proceeding. For any actual dispute, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
Intentional design. The app stores roles only — Board President, Manager, Treasurer, etc. — to keep the record about positions, not individuals, and to reduce defamation/harassment surface area.
Yes. EXIF GPS metadata is stripped from every photo on intake, even if your camera or library has GPS enabled. You'll see a "Location data removed for privacy" toast on each capture.
A gentle nudge to keep your record steady and deliberate. Repeated, targeted photography of common areas can be reframed as harassment in some jurisdictions. The cap is a soft pause, not a hard block — you can always continue if you need to.
