Help with Drawmark

Drawmark is an iPhone app. Each entry below begins with what you might be seeing and then says what to do.
If you see this, try that
- An empty log, and no clear first step
- Add a compound under the name you use. Add its vial with the amount in it and the liquid it holds — the water you mixed in, or the millilitres a ready-mixed vial came with — and Drawmark keeps that concentration. Then log a dose, and add a protocol with a reminder if you inject on a schedule.
- You want to know where the converter's answer comes from
- From your own numbers, in three steps: vial amount ÷ the liquid in the vial = concentration; the amount you typed ÷ concentration = millilitres; millilitres × units per mL = units. Say an hCG vial holds 10,000 IU and you add 10 mL of water: that is 1,000 IU per mL, so 500 IU is 0.5 mL, or 50 units on a U-100 syringe. A ready-mixed vial works the same way: type what the label says is in it and how many millilitres it holds. The figures only show the arithmetic; they are not a dose. Drawmark never determines, recommends, defaults or adjusts a dose, and it holds no drug-specific data.
- The syringe on screen is not the one in your hand
- Pick your size: U-100 0.3 mL or 0.5 mL (graduated every unit), U-100 1 mL (every 2 units), U-40 1 mL (every unit), a 1 mL syringe (every 0.01 mL), 3 mL (every 0.1 mL) or 5 mL (every 0.2 mL). Drawmark knows the real graduations of those, so it tells you when a volume lands between two marks. If yours is not listed, enter its units per mL as a custom scale; the app then does not know its marks.
- The converter will not turn international units into milligrams
- That conversion is different for each drug, and Drawmark holds no drug-specific data. Log the dose in the unit you actually measure.
- A dose is on the wrong day
- Open the dose and edit it or move it to the right day.
- A reminder did not show up
- Check that Drawmark may send notifications in Settings and that a Focus is not holding them. Drawmark asks for permission only when you turn reminders on; if you refused, the protocol editor says so. iOS can still delay a notification. When one arrives, it offers “Log it” and “Remind me in 1 hour”.
- A compound name shows on the Lock Screen
- Widgets and notifications always use the name you gave the compound. Rename it in Drawmark to something only you will recognise.
- A lab reading is marked below or above range
- That only means a number you typed falls outside a range you typed from your own results. Drawmark does not interpret it; ask your doctor what it means.
- The lock switched itself off
- That happens when the iPhone no longer has a passcode. Drawmark turns the lock off instead of shutting you out of your own log. Set a passcode again, then turn the lock back on.
- You want the log on another iPhone
- There is no sync; iCloud and HealthKit sync were left out on purpose. Save a backup file on the first iPhone, open it on the second and restore. Restoring merges: nothing is deleted, matching records are updated and new ones are added. The backup file is not encrypted, so keep it somewhere you trust.
- Bloodwork, export, insights, the lock or the widgets ask for Full Record

When it ends, adding lab readings, export, insights, the lock and the widgets close until you buy; nothing you wrote is removed, and readings already entered stay readable. On a new or reset iPhone, tap “Restore from the App Store” in the Full Record sheet or in Settings. Refunds go through Apple.

Conditions of use
Drawmark is for adults aged 18 or over who are already on injections such as testosterone, hCG or a once-weekly GLP-1 medicine. It is a log you keep, not a medical device, and it gives no medical advice. It holds no drug list and has no vendor, sourcing or purchase links. What to take and how much is a question for a doctor.
Drawmark comes as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and nothing promises that any result, reminder, widget or export is accurate or on time. To the extent the law where you live allows, the developer is not liable for loss that comes from using it, such as lost records or missed doses; liability that the law does not let anyone exclude stays in place, and so do your mandatory consumer rights. Keep your own backup files, because the developer never has a copy of your log. The licence that applies is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, and the full conditions are also inside the app.
