Drawmark
For adults already on injections such as testosterone, hCG or a once-weekly GLP-1 medicine. Type what is in the vial, the liquid in it and the amount you use, and Drawmark converts it to millilitres and units for your syringe, then keeps every dose, site and vial in a log on your iPhone.

The converter, step by step
These numbers only show the arithmetic. They are not a dose, and Drawmark never gives one.

You pick the syringe: U-100 0.3 mL or 0.5 mL (graduated every unit), U-100 1 mL (every 2 units), U-40 1 mL (every unit), or a 1 mL, 3 mL or 5 mL syringe marked every 0.01, 0.1 or 0.2 mL. Drawmark knows the real graduations of each, so it tells you when a volume lands between two marks. A custom units-per-mL scale also works, though its marks are unknown to the app. The converter holds no drug-specific data and never turns international units into milligrams.
A week with Drawmark
- Add your compounds. Each one is typed by you, under your own name for it. There is no drug list to choose from.
- Add the vial. Enter the amount in it and the liquid it holds — the water you mixed in, or the millilitres a ready-mixed vial came with — and Drawmark keeps the concentration.
- Set your schedule. Daily, every N days, chosen weekdays, several times a day, days on / days off, or a ramp. A days on / days off run can sit on top of a pattern and a ramp.
- Act on the reminder. The notification offers “Log it” or “Remind me in 1 hour”.
- Track your sites. Record where each injection went.
- Note how it went. Every dose has a field for notes and side effects.
- Back it up. Save a backup file wherever you choose. Restoring it merges with the log: nothing is deleted, matching records are updated and new ones are added.

Where the log lives
In Drawmark's own storage on the iPhone, shared only with its own widget. iCloud and HealthKit sync were left out on purpose. There is no account, no network code, no analytics, no ads and no tracking; the app collects nothing and sends nothing. Data leaves only in a file you make and send yourself, and those files are not encrypted. How your records move covers it in full.
