Everything is on your iPhone. There is no Lease Log server, no cloud account, and no analytics. Photos and notes live in the App's local sandbox. Apple processes the one-time unlock purchase — nothing else leaves the device.
Use Apple's standard device-to-device transfer or restore from an encrypted iCloud backup or encrypted Mac/PC backup. Lease Log data is included in the iOS backup automatically. iCloud sync between two devices is not yet available in v1.0; it is planned for a future version.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in the App. The unlock is tied to your Apple ID and is restored across any device signed in to the same Apple ID. If the issue persists, make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID you used at purchase, then try again. Still stuck? Email me with the date of purchase and I'll help.
No. Lease Log Pro is a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. No auto-renewal, no recurring charge.
Apple processes all refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. The Developer cannot issue refunds directly.
Open the App, go to Settings → Delete all lease data, confirm. This wipes the lease, photos, maintenance log, payments, communications, specs, and contacts from your device. The Pro entitlement is preserved with your Apple ID. Alternatively, uninstall the App from your iPhone — that erases everything.
Lease Log is a record-keeping tool, not a law firm. Whether any record (digital or paper) is admissible or persuasive in any specific tribunal is decided by the applicable rules of evidence and the judge or mediator — not by the App. The PDF is designed to be a clean, sober, paginated record (cover page, statement of provenance, ISO-8601 timestamps, "Page X of Y") that is straightforward for a tribunal to read. For legal advice on your dispute, consult a licensed attorney or a tenants'-rights organization in your jurisdiction.
The free tier (3 walkthrough photos, 3 maintenance entries, 5 payments, 3 communications, 3 specs) is meant to let you try every feature before you commit. Most security-deposit walkthroughs need 15–30 photos to be useful as evidence; a one-time $4.99 unlock buys you that.
Not in version 1.0. Multi-lease support is on the roadmap for a later version — please tell me if it would change your buying decision so I can prioritize accordingly.
Yes. The App is fully functional offline. Internet is only needed to validate the App Store purchase and to restore it on a new device.
Please email me. Bug reports with the iOS version, iPhone model, and a brief reproduction get fixed first.
