Missing bill alerts
Make sure Florida Bills is allowed to send notifications. If alerts stop after reinstall, reopen app and re-enable notification permission.
Push notifications not arriving
Verify these settings: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Florida Bills, and ensure Allow Notifications, Sounds, and Background App Refresh are on.
