Inhale — Breathe & Calm · Effective date: April 2, 2026 · Last updated: April 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Aleksei Bukhalov ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Inhale mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data or personally identifiable information ("PII"). The App does not require account creation, login, registration, or any form of authentication. All user-generated data — including but not limited to breathing session history, statistics, streaks, and user preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The only external communication occurs through Apple's StoreKit 2 framework for processing in-app purchases. Such transactions are handled entirely by Apple Inc. and are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your payment information, Apple ID, or transaction details beyond what Apple provides to developers in aggregate, anonymized form.
Apple may independently collect certain data (such as crash logs, app usage statistics, and diagnostics) through the App Store and iOS. This collection is governed by your settings and Apple's own privacy policies, and is outside our control.
The App does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use any tracking technologies, cookies, web beacons, pixels, device fingerprinting, or advertising identifiers (IDFA). The App does not request access to the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework because no tracking occurs.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, no special provisions for children's data are necessary. The App is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately.
Since the App does not collect, process, or store any personal data, the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar data protection laws are inherently satisfied. There is no personal data to access, rectify, port, or delete on our end. All data resides solely on your device under your exclusive control.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California and believe you have any data-related rights to exercise, please contact us and we will respond within the legally required timeframe.
We retain no user data whatsoever. All App data is stored locally on your device. You may delete all data associated with the App at any time by uninstalling the App or by deleting App data through your device settings (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Inhale → Delete App).
While we do not transmit or store your data on external servers, we take reasonable measures to ensure the App operates securely. Local data is protected by the security mechanisms built into iOS, including device encryption and the App Sandbox.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
